The connected room was REALLY nice for our family. The staff was polite and efficient. The rooftop pool was also a bonus. I did find the free airport shuttle very convenient.

The entrance was a bit congested. It made the check-in process slower, a small inconvenience.

inadequate towels insufficient rest

The air conditioning was terrible I could not sleep because of the heat. There were no towels in the bathroom there was only one set provided. I did not rest well because of the air conditioning and the insufficient towels. I really needed to sleep before my flight next day. I am frustrated by this experience.
